poLICIES AND AGREEMENTS

booking your service

  • - Wash and blow-dry is mandatory and included in all services. Please note: you will not get a discount if you choose to come with your hair already washed and blowdried

  • - Hair is provided in the colors 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27 and 30. Please note: if you want any solid colors outside of the colors mentioned a $15 fee will be added to your service

  • - Custom color mix options are available. Please note: all custom colors can be pre-ordered for $30

  • - Extra small and small size braids should be booked for 8AM

  • - Please select a length when booking for braids with extensions (mid-back, waist length, buttlength, etc)

  • - Sqeeze-in appointments are available on Thursdays only

Late/cancellations

  • - After 30 minutes, if you have not shown up to your appointment, you are considered a no call, no show. Your appointment will be cancelled after 3o minutes. Please note: all no show clients will be permanently banned from booking future services

  • - A 15 minute grace period is extended to all clients. Please note: after 15 minutes, at $10 fee will be added to your total

  • - Cancellations are allowed 48 hours before your appointment. Please note: if you are unable to make it to your appointment, rescheduling is always a better option than cancelling or a no-show

Payments

  • - A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note: that the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits are also subtracted from your total.

  • - ZELLE and CASH are my only forms of payment

After booking

  • - A confirmation email will be sent to you. This is confirmation of your appointment, so no need to worry about hearing back from me for verification. Please note: if you’re experiencing technical difficulties while booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out to confirm your appointment

  • - An appointment reminder text message will be sent out 24 hours before your appointment. This is to provide extra security for both you as a client, and for me as your stylist, to ensure we both know what to expect at your appointment
