  • I aim to respond as soon as I can—usually within 1-3 business days. Please note: if I take longer, I am most likely booked out for the month or preoccupied with other business ventures

  • Unless you are considered a loyal client, unfortunately, I do not. In order to maintain a peaceful schedule, I have decided against it

  • If you book a service with me more than 3 times, have signed up to receive updates from my business, and have left a review, you are considered a loyal client :)
