I used to gunk on Lays, ice cream and everything sweet! Finally came to a conclusion that too much sugar, salt and dairy consumption causes my break outs. Tried to cut back on my bad habits and I'm feeling better than ever. Been eating a lot of fruit and healthy snacks and I've noticed I am more energetic. I've been shopping at Fresh Market and the Kind snacks brand is my fave! Talk about protein! I usually get compliments how people love that no matter how much I eat I don't gain which is not in any favor on my end (Im dying to gain lol)
